I was lucky enough to be able to do some final color and edit to the gorgeous short by one of my favorite animation directors. As a kid I was always fascinated by the distorted style of Aeon Flux. (Not to mention the Optimus vs Megatron fight in Transformers the Movie which he boarded way back in the day that made me cry like a baby.)

I remember playing Diablo all night with good friends in Junior High, followed by Diablo II in High school. You can be damn sure I’ll be there for Diablo III come May 15th.

What? A crazy, fun, action show that’s not based on a comic, video game, or pre-existing franchise?? Yes.

Motorcity.

Editing over at Titmouse studios, the show that’s consumed my life for the past 9 months (with more to go), Motorcity will finally be unleashed end of this month.

Disney XD, April 30th, 9pm.

The show is a brain child from Chris Prynoski, with the voice talents of Mark Hammil, Kate Micucci, and Dee Snider. Exclusive Heavy Metal from Metalocalypse’s Brendall Small, Amazing direction from Juno Lee, Anotonio Cannobio, and all these awesome artists from Titmouse.

DC’s Nu52 Commercial

Caught a commercial for DC comics relaunch while watching Colbert. While I may not think that the constant renewal of 60 year old characters will keep the comics industry thriving, it does make me happy to see a publisher going to the lengths of putting ads for comics on TV. Please read more often, and play less video games. (yes, comic books ARE literature) That is all.

The new website is up. Phew!

Making a website for yourself is like updating a resume, it really really sucks. If you can, pay people to do it better than you can. Luckily, I had some good friends helping me out.
